Tucker Lawyers PC would not be able to meet its goal of exceptional, high-caliber advocacy for each client if it were not for the capable assistance of our non-legal staff. Chief among these is Richard Sabatino, our Executive Director.
Richard is responsible for the business and administrative operations of Tucker Lawyers, important and varied areas encompassing technology, human resources, facilities management, marketing, budgeting and finance, recruiting and professional development, business development and strategic planning, and execution of the firm’s overarching business plan.
As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Compensation Committee, Richard helps fashion the plans and policies which enable the firm to achieve outstanding growth and profitability while also focusing on serving the legal needs of residents of New York City and surrounding areas.
Richard’s ability to contribute to the firm’s success in so many areas is a product of his many years of professional development before he joined Tucker Lawyers. Senior positions as operations controller for several multimillion-dollar companies, as well as for a large New York law firm, helped Richard develop a formula for success that hinges largely on his excellent communication skills and collaborative management style.
After earning a B.S. in Accounting at SUNY at Old Westbury, Richard received his M.B.A. from SUNY at Stony Brook. The professional associations of which he is a member include PILMMA (Personal Injury Legal Marketing & Management Association); SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management); NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives); IWBA (Injured Workers Bar Association); and NYSTLA (New York State Trial Lawyers Association).
